Potassium Sulfate Reaction Chamber Door: Special sealed door for reaction zone, allows observation of internal reaction status for sampling and maintenance.

Mannheim Furnace Reaction Chamber Door

Core Structural Features

Main Shell‌: Adopts a heavy-duty integrated steel structure, with a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant reddish-brown anti-rust coating on the outer surface. It is designed to adapt to the 530~600℃ high-temperature environment inside the reaction chamber, while resisting erosion from strongly corrosive media such as concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen chloride.

Quick-opening Clamping Mechanism‌: Multiple sets of hinged quick-lock bolt assemblies are arranged around the furnace door. The flipable hinge seats cooperate with lock nuts to realize rapid opening, closing, sealing and compression of the furnace door, and no complex tools are required for operation.

Auxiliary Access Hatch‌: A small embedded sealed observation port is integrated on the top of the furnace door. It can observe the real-time working conditions of material stirring and reaction inside the chamber without opening the full-size door, and also serves as a small maintenance port for cleaning local accumulated materials or connecting small testing equipment.

Positioning and Installation Structure‌: Standardized lifting and positioning clamping grooves are set on the side of the furnace door, which facilitates alignment and lifting during production installation, maintenance and disassembly, greatly improving the convenience of on-site operations.

Core Functions

Sealing and Pressure Maintenance‌: Through the multi-group clamping structure paired with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant seals, it maintains the micro-negative pressure working condition inside the reaction chamber, preventing leakage of high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas and corrosive flue gas to ensure production safety and on-site environmental protection.

Heat Insulation and Thermal Preservation‌: The heavy-duty shell combined with the built-in refractory insulation lining greatly reduces heat loss from the reaction chamber, maintains the stable high-temperature environment required for the reaction, improves heat energy utilization rate and reduces production energy consumption.

Maintenance and Operation Access‌: As the main large opening channel of the reaction chamber, it can be fully opened during equipment shutdown, allowing operators to enter the furnace to clean scaling, maintain internal stirring rakes and replace refractory linings, solving the problem of insufficient maintenance space of traditional fixed furnace walls.

Working Condition Adaptation‌: It is specially designed for the strong corrosion and high-temperature working conditions of Mannheim-process potassium sulfate production. Compared with ordinary industrial furnace doors, it has higher corrosion resistance and structural strength, and can operate stably for a long time in highly corrosive reaction environments to extend the overall service life of the equipment.
