This is a heavy-duty hardened-tooth main reducer tailored for the Mannheim-process potassium sulfate production line, which is a dedicated transmission component supporting the core stirring load of the potassium sulfate reaction furnace. The detailed introduction is as follows:

1.Core Structure and Appearance Features

The whole machine adopts an integrated thickened cast steel box, with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant green coating on the surface, which adapts to the high-dust and slightly corrosive working conditions in chemical workshops.

The output end is equipped with an exposed large gear ring, which can be directly connected to the stirring main shaft of the Mannheim furnace, eliminating the intermediate transmission links and greatly reducing power loss.

An auxiliary lubrication motor is integrated on the input side. A visible vent cap, maintenance sealing cover plates, and standardized pre-reserved foot mounting holes are arranged on the top of the box, making on-site disassembly, assembly and maintenance extremely convenient.

2.Performance and Process Advantages

The core gears are made of high-strength low-alloy steel through carburizing, quenching and grinding processes, with the tooth surface hardness reaching HRC58-62 and the gear precision meeting the national standard Grade 6. The overall efficiency of the three-stage transmission can exceed 90%.

It features strong load-bearing capacity, low operating noise, and can run continuously for a long time under heavy-duty impact working conditions, fully meeting the 24/7 uninterrupted production requirements of potassium sulfate production lines.

Applicable working condition parameters: the input speed of the high-speed shaft is ≤1500r/min, the circumferential speed of gear transmission is ≤20m/s, it can operate stably in the ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 45℃, and supports both forward and reverse bidirectional operation.

3.Exclusive Adaptability for Potassium Sulfate Production Lines

This reducer is specially designed for the Mannheim potassium sulfate process. Compared with ordinary general-purpose reducers, it has a higher output torque redundancy, which can offset the periodic load fluctuation caused by the mixing and stirring of potassium chloride and sulfuric acid powders, avoid damage to transmission components caused by material wall buildup and jamming inside the furnace, and serves as the core transmission component that ensures the continuous and stable operation of the potassium sulfate production line.
